I personally joined this Vorkurs because at first, I wanna go earlier to Germany. The purpose is to refresh your brain, what you have learned in school or so you can imagine how probably your life as a student would be.
This preparation class is held by the university itself and it is held for some subjects, like Mathematics, Computer Science, Chemistry and maybe some other subjects.
